The Role: Senior Engineer New Product Introduction Engineering

At Entegris we specialize in advanced gas purification systems for industries such as semiconductors hydrogen energy and more. We are seeking a seasoned New Product Introduction Engineer to lead the successful scale-up of products and processes from Development to Manufacturing using a Stage Gate Process and/or facilitating product transfers across global sites.

What Youll Do:

• Collaborate with product design teams to enhance manufacturability and ensure top-tier quality through design and process improvements.

• Partner closely with Product Development to implement solutions that meet design and manufacturing requirements with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

• Work directly with Production and Operations teams to ensure manufacturing readiness for new and transferred products.

• Lead the transition of products from early development to full-scale release engaging with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Manage multiple projects across a dynamic product portfolio in a fast-paced innovation environment.

• Introduce new processes for existing products or facilitate global product/process transfers.

• Serve as a technical point of contact recommending process improvements and collaborating with Engineering Operations and other teams.

• Execute successful Verification & Qualification (V&Q) for transferred products.

• Be hands-onengage directly on the production floor to understand and optimize processes.

• Communicate effectively with multicultural cross-functional teams to build consensus and drive timely project completion.

• Lead technical evaluations and implement data-driven risk-based process solutions.

• Demonstrate ownership and passion for continuous improvement through creative problem-solving.

• Support new product and technology releases via a structured Stage Gate process.

• Balance short-term production needs with long-term strategic deliverables.

• Operate independently with minimal supervision.

What We Seek:

• Act as a core team member for NPI projects bridging Development Engineering and Operations to accelerate time-to-market.

• Influence product and process design for safe efficient and high-quality manufacturability.

• Manage projects using the Accolade platform ensuring timely task completion.

• Learn and collaborate with current NPI and Operations Engineers.

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering equipment selection waste management capacity planning and cost optimization.

• Coordinate with global operations facilities and support intercompany product/process transfers.

• Prepare process documentation to support product launches and manufacturing readiness.

• Manage internal and customer sample builds for product qualification.

• Provide special instructions and support to Operations teams as needed.

• Conduct process audits and analyses to recommend improvements in safety quality cost and efficiency.

• Apply project management skills to lead technical initiatives and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• A strong balance of independence and teamwork with a collaborative mindset.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems especially BOMs routings and documentation.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.

• Exceptional documentation and technical writing capabilities.

• Experience working in a global company with cross-site collaboration.

• Technical expertise in areas such as welding fabrication physical testing and electro-mechanical design.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet divisional goals.

• Experience in Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on engineering experience preferred.

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

• Familiarity with Stage Gate processes ideally using Accolade.

• Prior experience in technical project management for global teams.
