About the Role:
The Executive Meeting Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives aimed at securing high-profile meetings and events. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to tailor solutions that enhance their experience while maximizing profitability for the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. Additionally the Executive Meeting Sales Manager will analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Ultimately this position plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of Hotel Sales/Wedding/Private Events
Proven experience in sales preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Strong customer facing skills
Experience using Dephi/CITY/CRM Sales Systems
Ability to be present on site for all aspects of the of event cycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Management or a related field..
Established network within the corporate events industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and secure executive meetings and events.
Ability to run entire cycle of Wedding Events/Social from selling to execution of the event.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing operations and catering to ensure successful event execution.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the executive meeting segment.
Prepare and present proposals to clients showcasing the value and benefits of hosting their events with our organization.
Skills:
The required skills of negotiation and communication are essential for effectively engaging with clients and closing deals. Strong analytical skills will be utilized to assess market trends and inform strategic decisions. The ability to collaborate with various departments ensures that all aspects of event planning are aligned and executed flawlessly.
