Occupational Therapist PRN Opportunity at Elara Caring

What Youll Do:
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans
- Deliver therapy services in the home setting
- Educate patients and families on daily living activities and adaptive equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Supervise COTAs and HHAs to ensure quality care
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed
What Youll Need:
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active unrestricted OT license in your state
- 1 year of clinical experience
- Willingness to travel within your coverage area (up to 50%)
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Ability to lift 50100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Reporting To: Branch Director Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor
