Required Qualifications

Professional and concise communication both verbal and written
Windows Server administration configuration and management
PowerShell knowledge for modifying and updating scripts
Windows Cluster management
Ability to do Root Cause Analysis on Windows Servers
Windows NT Share configuration and modification
Active Directory modifications
Ability to be proactive and speak up when you see an issue
Monitor Ticket Chat and Email queue to acknowledge cases within SLA requirements
Attention to detail
Basic networking knowledge
