About the job
The Global Proposals Function Team are hiring a Bid/Proposal Manager based from Riyadh Saudi Arabia to directly support the META sales business to achieve and exceed revenue goals of the organization. Working with the sales team the role will evaluate RFPs RFQs and RFIs for strategic fit and coordinate the development and production of proactive proposals in support of qualified sales initiatives.
In this role youll:
- Work directly with account executives sales managers consultants technical resources legal professionals and other internal resources
- Manage the proposal response effort assisting the sales team in identifying appropriate members for the proposal response team
- Review documents and create proposal outlines identifying win themes are addressed
- Apply proposal development processes and methodologies to develop proposals that are thorough and accurate fully complying with customer requests
- Serve as a primary point of contact with partnering organizations throughout the proposal development
- Evaluate proposal development processes and methodologies and recommend process improvements as appropriate
Required qualifications:
- Ideally 3 - 5 years of proposal management experience in an IT (ideally SaaS) technical environment
- Knowledge of proposal development methodology and sales and marketing principles
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint Excel and wider MS Office Suite
- Ability to lead projects multiple initiatives project teams
- Project Management skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
