Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your duties will include:

Cultivating business relationships to understand client needs and offer bespoke talent solutions.
Leveraging your market insight to advise clients and candidates ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
Utilizing social media job sites and referrals to attract top talent focusing on passive candidates with high potential.
Developing and nurturing strong relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and match them with ideal opportunities.
Prioritizing and managing multiple recruitment projects ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

What We Value:

At least 2 years of B2B commercial experience preferably within a consulting or talent acquisition environment.
Greatcommunication skills with fluency in English and Spanish.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for improving strategies and processes.
Ability to work independently managing tasks with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with CRM or ATS platforms and a willingness to adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency.
A target-driven professional orientation with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
