- Utilizing social media job sites and referrals to attract top talent focusing on passive candidates with high potential.
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and match them with ideal opportunities.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple recruitment projects ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
What We Value:
- At least 2 years of B2B commercial experience preferably within a consulting or talent acquisition environment.
- Greatcommunication skills with fluency in English and Spanish.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for improving strategies and processes.
- Ability to work independently managing tasks with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM or ATS platforms and a willingness to adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency.
