We are currently searching for a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
Responsibilities
- Lead full life cycle implementations development projects and Interfaces & Integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Manage large-scale Support Engagements (AMS) with oversight of teams exceeding 20 members.
- Resolve technical impediments perform risk planning and streamline operational processes.
- Drive test metrics and dashboards providing best practices and testing processes tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to plan release schedules and manage release cycles.
- Lead weekly and monthly governance calls with the customer to ensure alignment and service quality.
- Manage stringent SLAs and maintain high performance across diverse global regions and time zones.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of overall experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR ORC Talent Absence etc.).
- Deep expertise in Fusion Cloud SaaS applications and Oracle methodologies (UAM/TCM).
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customers across different regions
- Proven track record in AMS Management for large complex environments.
Languages
- English (Mandatory - Professional working proficiency).
- Native Spanish.
