Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring alignment with company strategy in the entertainment industry.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize product features based on market and user research.
- Create and maintain technology roadmaps that outline short-term and long-term product goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Oversee user research to extract insights into user needs preferences and behaviors.
- Utilize A/B testing to evaluate product features and improve user experience.
- Implement Agile methodologies to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and efficiency in product development.
- Draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and ensure clarity in user stories for the engineering team.
- Oversee product design processes ensuring that products meet functionality reliability and performance standards.
- Manage data streaming and data modeling to support real-time analytics and decision-making.
- Advocate for user experience best practices throughout the product development process.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the successful integration of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) into product offerings.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product management preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex product initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in user research techniques and product testing methodologies including A/B testing.
- Experience creating and utilizing technology roadmaps for strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for competition analysis and market trends.
