Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Window & Door Sales Professional to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in window and door sales with a strong understanding of industry terminology measurement techniques and product knowledge. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure with the opportunity to transition to full commission as you build your client base.

Tasks

Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess their window and door needs
Take accurate rough measurements for initial quotes and estimates
Create and present detailed product quotes and proposals
Demonstrate expert knowledge of our premium window and door product lines
Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure efficient sales operations
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
Assist with showroom coverage 1-2 days per week
Stay current on industry trends product innovations and competitive offerings

Requirements

Previous experience in window and door sales or related construction/home improvement sales
Strong understanding of window and door terminology measurements and field verification processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Reliable transportation for customer visits
Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new digital tools
Adaptable to new software platforms and sales technologies
Experience with CRM systems and digital measurement tools preferred
Strong work ethic and professional appearance
