Position summary.

Due to the continuing growth Nidecker Group is looking for an ERP Developer to strengthen the IT department.

Nidecker Group manages some of the worlds top snowboarding and skateboarding brands in the world such as Nidecker Jones Yes Emerica eS Etnies and 32 and works with 60 distributors in 40 countries.

In the last years we have successfully implemented our ERP Netsuite in our US Subsidiary. Our goal now is to keep developing the ERP to its full potential/functions adn in alignment with our subsidiaries around the world while maintaining documenting and keeping it in harmony with the existing/new process.

Tasks

As an ERP Developer you will be working with a motivated dynamic and international team in order to analyse update and built business process based on requirements. Together with other technical team members you will document the state of the ERP configuration keep up to date with the ERP s improvement to implement create customised code when needed resolve support tickets and establish the roadmap.

Key Hard Skills.

  • JavaScript: Expertise in JavaScript for developing scripts in NetSuite (SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0).
  • HTML: Proficient in HTML for creating and customizing templates.
  • EDI (Electronic Data Interchange): Experience with standards like EDIFACT ANSI X12 XML and using EDI tools to automate transactions.
  • REST API: Knowledge of REST APIs for system integration including design consumption and security (OAuth authentication).

  • Project Management: Ability to plan manage and execute development projects from start to finish.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills in French and English to interact effectively with users understand their needs and explain solutions clearly.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with different departments to identify issues define solutions and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to understand business problems and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Proactivity and Innovation: Proactive in suggesting improvements and innovations to optimize processes and existing solutions anticipating user needs and providing solutions before problems arise.
