Tasks
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical rolesfrom sourcing to closing
- Evaluate highly technical candidates with credibility and precision
- Build and manage candidate pipelines with a focus on quality and speed
- Collaborate with founders on hiring strategy and team composition
- Expand recruiting scope to include non-technical roles as the company grows
- Represent the company with clarity energy and vision in candidate conversations
Requirements
- 3 years of recruiting experience focused on engineering roles (flexible for exceptional operators)
- Proven success recruiting elite technical talent
- Strong technical literacy and ability to engage with deeply technical candidates
- Established network in the startup and engineering community
- Track record of independently running full-cycle recruiting processes
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Preference for in-office candidates; remote possible for standout profile
