Job Summary
Do you want to become part of an experienced and highly motivated team Atfinity is a leading Swiss software provider in the banking automation business. Our AI-inspired rule engine allows companies to create scalable process apps fast and easy. Without writing a single line of code domain experts can simply configure the needs of an internal process like an employee onboarding or an external process like creating a new bank account. Because there is no need for coding Atfinity digitises processes significantly faster and allows for much quicker updates when anything changes.
We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our growing team in Niš Serbia. Are you a strong team player able to communicate clearly and with a pragmatic mindset Are you passionate about technology and enjoy learning new things Lets talk!
Tasks
- Defining and developing features
- Maintaining and improving our core product
- Taking an active part in code reviews
- Actively helping other engineers whenever necessary
- Taking responsibility for code quality and testability
- Assuming a leadership role in time by providing support and guidance to junior members
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science
- A profound understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Good knowledge of a major programming language ideally Python and JavaScript. If you do not know Python or JavaScript we are happy to get you up to speed though
- Ability to work in a team together and helping to nurture a healthy and supportive work environment
- Clear communication skills and a pragmatic approach to solving problems
- Fluency in English
