Senior Operations & Support Engineer

Monitor and maintain connected mobile solutions containing sensors cloud applications and microservices
Manage and operate cloud-based applications and remote devices
Monitor and ensure system uptime security stability and performance while identifying issues
Process and resolve anomalies in the cloud system and on remote devices
Manage software rollout campaigns for production devices
Administer devices and customer services
Handle incident and request management from identification to resolution including prioritization and/or escalation
Improve and automate frequent daily operational tasks and processes
Work with concepts ticket systems monitoring tools and operational tasks
Transfer knowledge to team members and provide mentoring
Track and report key performance metrics

Qualifications :

Team player with excellent communication skills
Structured goal-oriented approach with methodical and analytical working style
Proficient in English (spoken and written); German language skills are beneficial
Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g. Azure or AWS) and connected devices
Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic Grafana) ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA) and MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
Knowledge of data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g. Python Bash or VBA) is beneficial
Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field or proven track record of practical experience
