Job Summary
C2F Services is a small but fast-growing company a trusted name in the European media monitoring industry. We support ministries media agencies and leading organizations across Europe by delivering accurate and timely media insights.
To maintain the high quality of our services we are looking for Quality Control Operators to review and ensure the accuracy of media clippings. If youre detail-oriented self-driven and looking for a flexible remote job wed love for you to join our international team.
Tasks
- Review and verify clippings for accuracy completeness and adherence to internal guidelines.
- Report recurring issues and share feedback with team leaders to improve performance.
- Ensure timely processing of assigned tasks and communicate delays proactively.
- Collaborate with team members through messaging platforms.
- Preferred working hours: 12 PM - 4 PM (GMT -5)
Requirements
- A personal computer with a stable internet connection (50 Mbps)
- Proficiency in English our main working language
- Comfortable using Google Sheets Excel and other online tools; quick to adapt to new systems
- General understanding of media journalism or communications is a plus
- A detail-oriented self-motivated and proactive personality
- Ability to work independently and reliably within deadlines
