Job Summary
The Leprosy Mission Trust India (TLMTI) is one of the oldest and largest NGOs in India transforming the lives of people affected by Leprosy
since 1874. We work with individuals and communities disadvantaged by leprosy irrespective of caste creed and religion by addressing
their physical mental social and spiritual needs to uphold human dignity and eradicate leprosy with 14 hospitals and other facilities spread
out in the ten states in India.

We are looking for dedicated and energetic direct sales people to be a part of Resource Mobilization team. The job would be to interact
with the potential individuals to seek their support in achieving the TLMTIs projects goals.
Job Summary (F2F Resource Mobilizer)
Responsibilities and Duties
As representative of TLMTI you will raise monetary support for TLMTI by approaching people through Face to Face conversations.
You will learn about the work of TLMTI our beneficiaries and their life changing stories
You will engage people Face to Face meeting
You will be responsible for enrolling donors as per the given target on monthly basis through Face to Face meeting .
You will work in a team and help your colleagues to achieve results.
As a representative of TLMTI you will need to show commitment and need to follow the rules.

Requirements
Young & dynamic go-getter who like interacting with new people every day.
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English.
Candidate must have the capacity to engage people in interesting conversations during face to face meetings.
Candidate must be interested in direct sales or fundraising .
