You wont just manage policies or processes youll help shape culture trust and stability in a fast-moving demanding startup environment.
Requirements
What Youll Do (Your Real Impact)
- Be the first point of trust for employees someone they can speak to openly honestly and without fear.
- Own the entire employee lifecycle: hiring onboarding engagement performance growth and exits with empathy.
- Work closely with founders and leadership to build people-centric policies that balance business reality with human needs.
- Handle recruitment for tech operations sales and support roles finding people who are curious capable and aligned with our long-term vision.
- Build systems for performance reviews feedback loops goal tracking and career progression.
- Actively manage employee morale during high-pressure phases and growth spurts.
- Handle compliance payroll coordination documentation and statutory requirements responsibly.
- Create a culture of ownership transparency and mutual respect not hierarchy.
- Support team leads in people management conflict resolution and team structuring.
- Help scale the organization thoughtfully without losing its core values.
