Job Summary
GitRabbit is a software development company located in Hungary. Our software development team is working 100% remotely for our main customer called Flexopus. GitRabbit was founded by the management board of Flexopus. Your main focus would be the Flexopus SaaS software.
Flexopus is a desk-sharing software for hot desks meeting rooms and parking spaces. Users can choose when and where they want to work hold meetings or park their vehicles in our mobile or desktop application. With Flexopus agile working becomes part of everyday life. We create digital office spaces supporting agile flex-desking office concepts. Our vision is to extend the software with additional office management-related modules. Tasks
Your responsibility includes developing new features with Vue using Typescript on the frontend and Laravel on the backend. The tasks are based on tickets and internal discussion. Code you write should pass the internal CI code review and follow industry standards. You will receive proper UI/UX Design for your work (Figma) and you can start building from there. If you see a problem in the codebase but your task is not related to that particular problem you still can (and should) fix it.
Tasks are always documented in GitLab and every merge request is reviewed before going to the main branches. High quality development is extremely important to us since we are publishing new features in an existing product with thousands of active users and multiple companies in the EU.
Requirements
- Finished studies in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a similar field
- At least 3 years of web development experience (Expect a technical interview)
- Willingness and ability to learn and use new frontend and backend technologies
- Familiarity with HTML5 CSS Vue/Vuex Typescript Laravel Git and Docker
- Software architecture comprehension
- Good communication skills in English
- Speaking German or Hungarian is not required!
