Startup cofounder (B2B)

Tasks

As a co-founder you will be responsible for all aspects of the company along with your partners:

• Develop a concept and obtain a proof of concept by defining the product/service defining strategies and plans and of course implementing those.
• Build and lead your team and implement a strong culture.
• Define and lead investment rounds.

Requirements

Solid experience of at least 7 years preferably working with fast-growing and scale-up companies.

• Relevant leadership experience in one of these areas:
• Strategy leading sales (CEO-CMO candidates)
• Product development strategy and/or operation team (CTO -COO candidates)
• Finance (CFO candidates).
• Resolution to launch a B2B scalable startup (preferably SaaS XR Sustainability Fintech or Cyber).
• MSc or MBA in business administration or relevant field.
