Cofounder & CEO as Community Builder (Bifrost House)

At Bifrost House we are building Copenhagens most authentic community for serial founders investors and senior operators a sanctuary where visionaries unite sparking ventures that transform industries.

We already run a 90-seat founder workspace with 50 companies act as Community Lead for Bits & Pretzels in Denmark and own a full-scale event agency. Our owner group holds stakes in 50 companies and everything is rooted in our exclusive 1100m² venue by the lakes.

Now we are looking for a Cofounder & CEO-Builder a highly experienced entrepreneur with strong sales capabilities a global network and the drive to build and execute the full strategy for Bifrost House.

Tasks

As Cofounder & CEO-Builder you will:

Build and execute the overall strategy for Bifrost House in close collaboration with the ownership circle.

• Lead membership growth: attract sell to and close serial founders angels and senior operators as members.
• Drive sales and business development across memberships partnerships and premium events.
• Work closely with our Community Manager to ensure flawless execution of events member relations and operations.
• Elevate the brand and positioning of Bifrost House through PR thought leadership and selective marketing initiatives.
• Develop and activate strategic partnerships with VCs investors scaleups and international hubs.
• Shape and protect the culture of low ego high learning ensuring high engagement and retention.
• Represent Bifrost House as its CEO and public face building its reputation as a Nordic reference point for founders.

Requirements

We are looking for an exceptional entrepreneur who brings:

Proven sales leadership in high-value memberships networks or B2B offerings.

• Track record of building and scaling communities ventures or founder-driven platforms.
• A strong international network in the startup and VC ecosystem.
• Senior-level experience with brand strategy PR and marketing.
• Ability to support coach and lead the existing full-time team resource.
• Founder mindset: entrepreneurial commercially sharp hands-on and strategic.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Danish a plus not required).
