We are a team of innovators marketeers and creators that is reimagining how creators make a living on social media and how generation z will shop in the future.
Today more than 55% of generation z is starting their product- and service search through Instagram or TikTok. We give creators the best in class technology and connection to the worlds most desired brands. Creators can choose from 11k premium brands and earn an affiliate commission by promoting their products.
Our platform is already used by over 20.000 creators in 22 countries.
Tasks
Were looking for a Creator Manager to build long-term relationships with the worlds best creators and premium brands. You are passionate about the creator economy social media and the future of social shopping. Your day to day will involve all aspects of creator acquisition from setting the strategy to planning the campaigns and later executing and analyzing them.

- Discover and test new channels for creator acquisition
- Optimize existing campaigns by A/B testing new ideas
- Build long-term relationships with the worlds best creators and connect them to premium brands
- Help creators to go from 0 to 1 and make a living by using zezams technology
Requirements
- You bring an entrepreneurial spirit and approach new projects with an open mind taking challenges as an opportunity to grow
- Owners mentality
- You are a master communicator with a proven track record in building lasting relationships
- Your superpower is to work with creators understand their needs desires and help them grow
- You plan and execute your projects with the diligence of a scientist
- Full professional proficiency in English and German
- Experience working for a high-growth start-up or in influencer marketing is a plus
