Job Description
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for facilitating communication with the worlds largest international DTC companies
- You act as a liaison between the client and the agency
- You will support a team of project and account managers in:
- Monitoring paid social campaign performance and relevant KPIs.
- Preparing performance reports and review presentations
- Writing proposals
- Participating in client meetings
- Manage various projects timelines and project deliverables in a timely manner
- You actively participate in agency sales efforts by:
- You research new potential clients and leads.
- You approach them via cold calling (mostly via LinkedIn)
- You will gather the necessary information for initial calls
- Assist sales managers with follow-up calls
- Review and improve the companys sales strategy
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed or are still studying a degree in business administration marketing communications or media
- You have already gained some practical experience preferably in the field of online marketing
- You have a hands-on mentality
- You have strong analytical skills
- You enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging start-up environment
- You work independently and are results-oriented with a high motivation to achieve results
- You are communicative flexible and open-minded
- You have excellent oral and written skills in English and German
