Tasks

  • Chat with players to help them solve any game-related issues or questions they have.
  • Collaborate with the dev team to report bugs and suggest improvements based on player feedback.
  • Create and update support resources like FAQs and guides to help players get the most out of our games.
  • Engage with our gaming community on social media and forums to keep the conversations lively and positive.
  • Monitor player feedback to identify trends and provide insights to the team for new game features.

Requirements

  • Great communication skills to help players with any questions or issues they might have.
  • A passion for gaming and understanding of mobile gaming apps.
  • Problem-solving skills to quickly figure out solutions and keep players happy.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with developers and designers.
  • Flexibility to handle different tasks and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
