Job Summary

Tasks
- Delivering expert online live Masterclasses group coaching 1:1 sessions and moderated peer support gathering
Requirements
- Certificate from PAAC EMCC ICF with a specialization in ADHD
- Complete fluency in English. German is a big plus
- Deep expertise in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) including current research and evidence-based practices
- Proven experience in ADHD coaching preferably with both adults and adolescents
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible compassionate way
- Familiarity with somatic tools executive function strategies and behavior-based interventions is a plus
- High level of empathy structure and reliability in client support
