About Us: One year ago we built the worlds first AI phone receptionist for healthcare clinics. Now we are on a mission to create the best! We are funded and have a product in market across 4 different countries that our customers love. Lyngo has revolutionised the Allied Health sector by reducing missed calls from 53% to 0%. Leveraging state-of-the-art AI models we seamlessly integrate into the workflow of these clinics efficiently handling 90% of tasks currently performed over the phone. Allowing clinics to focus more on patient care and less on administrative tasks.

What Were Looking For: Were on the hunt for another Full Stack Engineera passionate scrappy individual whos excited to dive headfirst into the startup world and help us grow our Python-based voice engine capabilities and customer web portal. If youre someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to make a tangible impact we want to hear from you!

Tasks

What Youll Do:

Develop and maintain our Python-based voice AI engine.
Integrate our system with allied health software using various APIs.
Build and enhance our customer portal for seamless user experiences.
Collaborate closely with the founders to shape the product and technology roadmap.
Solve complex problems and implement scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

Proficiency in Python with at least 3 years of full-stack development experience including asynchronous programming in Python.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript React Angular).
Strong experience with APIs and integrating third-party services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Passion for AI and building cool sh*t.
A scrappy startup mentality with a willingness to wear multiple hats.

Bonus Points:

Experience with voice technologies and AI.
Previous startup experience.
Health industry knowledge.
