Job Description Summary
Job Description
The purpose of this job is to provide accurate and timely support to the Strategic Markets (SM) Division ISCs specialists branch leaders and SM customers with respect to merchandise and equipment products SM information and post sales inquiries.
Main Responsibilities
- Administrate DSO procurement portals and process orders invoices and credit notes for specific SM groups.
- Coordinate customer onboarding meetings and calls working in conjunction with the local Branch Manager and sales consultants covering the group coordinate all facets (including the master checklist) of the onboarding of each group ensuring a smooth and seamless transition from their current supplier.
- Stay current on all merchandise promotions applicable and update promo files.
- Support sales consultants and other staff with respect to SM requests for code matching product information product literature invoice analysis substitution reporting etc.
- Work in conjunction with sales consultants and branch managers to prepare all SM tenders and submission prior to tender deadline dates.
- Maintain Master lists Working with our consultants nationally build and maintain our ongoing customer lists of each group across the country and which offices are attached to them.
- Work closely with the SM operations team with the execution of process improvement projects.
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of new accounts for Strategic Markets customers.
- Supports Strategic Markets initiatives through the development and execution of marketing activities.
- Provide comprehensive support in the administration and maintenance of contract pricing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- University degree/college diploma in STEM business law/paralegal is an asset
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Self-motivated and able to think independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel
- Professional approachable and customer service oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under the pressure of deadlines
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to read and write in French is required
- This is a hybrid role and the candidate must be able to work at least three times a week from the office
The anticipated salary range for this position:
$53800.00 - $80600.00 Annual
