Designer - NC

JOB ID # JOS2036

Starting base salary: $75-100K

Summary

This custom retail manufacturer is currently looking for a Designer with experience in AutoCAD and/or CabinetVision to help support the wood fabrication and Retail side of our growing business. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to design in a dynamic Custom Wood and / or Retail Display manufacturing environment to prioritize and complete multiple projects with the team.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the designs completes are conceptually sound & meet customer specifications and project timelines with all of the materials encompassed.
Create and update technical drawings for the wood and / or metal-parts manufacturing in AutoCAD or CabinetVision.
Create custom renderings for Retail interiors and environments.

Requirements

Very detail oriented & solid mathematical skills
Degree in design 5-10 years relevant experience
Great time management skills with the ability to work on your own.
AutoCAD or CabinetVision is a MUST and Inventor or SolidWorks is a Plus!
Ability to solve problems stay organized and juggle multiple projects at once.
Creative experience and able to communicate across internal and external stakeholders
