We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our rapidly growing Casework & Millwork MFG Dept. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial projects and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution from initial negotiations to final delivery.

Responsibilities
Negotiate and write subcontracts.
Review and approve shop drawings.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors.
Attend and contribute to project meetings.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and owners.
Compile and interpret project schedules and scopes of work.

Requirements
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5 to 7 years of experience managing commercial casework and millwork projects valued between $500K to $1m.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) AutoCAD AlphaCAM and ProjectPak.
Motivated and self-driven capable of working independently and in a team environment.
Solid understanding of construction methods related to architectural millwork.
Proficiency in reading drawings and interpreting technical specifications.
Ability to work effectively in both office and shop settings.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation and marketing skills.
