Your Role

Diagnose drivability electrical/CAN engine transmission chassis brake and HVAC concerns to CDJR OEM spec
Perform advanced inspections verify repairs with road tests and keep documentation tight on every RO
Execute PM services (fluids brakes alignments) with speed and precision
Build accurate estimates/timelines; communicate clearly with advisors and customers
Maintain shop equipment and follow all safety/compliance procedures

Requirements

Minimum 4 years hands-on technician experience (dealership or high-line independent)
Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills; mastery of modern scan tools
ASE and/or Mopar Level certifications preferred (both welcome)
Reliability integrity and a team-first mindset; valid drivers license
