Job Summary

Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Baltimore MD - 5 days Onsite (Need local candidates only)

Type: Contract

Duration: Long term

Experience: 10 Years

Description of Work:

Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer in various modules and services; Experience as a ServiceNow Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team
Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical management maximizes automation and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
Lead the development of solution artifacts such as road maps optimization of operations architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.
All other duties as assigned or directed.

Basic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge skills abilities needed.

Bachelors and 7 years of experience masters and 5 years of experience or 11 in lieu of a degree
8 years of experience as ServiceNow developer
Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
Required ServiceNow required certification: o Certified System Administrator (baseline)
Certified Application Developer (baseline)
ServiceNow CIS certification in multiple areas:
- CIS Customer Service Management
- CIS IT Service Management
- CIS Discovery
- IS Service Mapping
- CIS Strategic Portfolio Management
- CIS Application Portfolio Management
- CIS Software Asset Management
- CIS Hardware Asset Management
8 years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications such as ITSM ITOM (HAM and SAM) ITBM CSM SecOps GRC HR
5 years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
5 years of experience in developing system architecture design principles and impacts.
5 years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB HAM SAM etc.)
5 years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services Healthcare High Tech Manufacturing Retail etc.)
5 years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
Experience with the US Federal Government
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.

Experience with Web development including technologies such as X-HTML CSS3 SQL XML Angular and JavaScript or Java
Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow
Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols Experience with Business Rules Workflow Identification Rules Workspaces and External Portals Knowledge of SAML Active Directory or LDAP
Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications including ITSM HAM SAM ITBM CSM SecOps GRC TRM/APM or HR
Project Management or Agile certification
ITILv4 Foundations Certification
Ability to work in a high growth fast paced environment

*** Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site 5 days a week in Woodlawn MD.
