Job Description

Were looking for a Manager of Social Media to facilitate our exponential growth. We have a huge reach on and off platform and continue to create growth partnerships and opportunities. This position opportunity is unique and offers broad potential to expand and partner with internal and external partners. Youd work on planning implementing and distributing social media programs to drive high engagement and drive traffic across several social channels.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage content programming and posting across all social channels
  • Partner with a lean team responsible for social video graphics and marketing
  • Create assign edit and curate content in a voice organic to social especially Instagram and Facebook
  • Drive social channel growth through new and existing initiatives
  • Growth hack social followings and engagement to scale growth
  • Work with the team to deliver weekly monthly and campaign reporting recaps
  • Regularly communicate with management and across collaborative teams

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent problem solving and networking skills.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong decision-making skills
