Job Summary
Data entry clerks are in charge of entering a large amount of information from various sources into a database making sure that all relevant information is recorded and preserved. Data entry clerks must also validate and amend data as necessary. Many data entry clerks also carry out other standard office duties including scanning documents and taking phone calls in addition to their main duties of data entering.
