Job Summary

Position: Business Analyst (MS Dynamics 365 Azure Cloud Exp)
Location: Hybrid 2x per week in office (Toronto Downtown)
Structure: Contract 6 months to start
Pay: Up to $55.00 p/h inc.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in business analysis within IT environments

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and IRIS platform capabilities.

Experience working with custom applications and APIs including performance tuning and integration strategies.

Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps Power BI Figma and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure-based integrations and security models.

Exposure to enterprise data architecture and relational databases.

Agile certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master) is an asset.
