Job Description:
Scrum Master role supporting DTCC responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies backlog prioritization and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Possess agile knowledge and expertise on tools ceremonies and practices.
- Facilitate all required agile ceremonies including but not limited to stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear user stories.
- Managing and delivering projects to specifications using a defined development process and delivering within budget and timeline
- Mentor and coach team members on agile practices and principles.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between the scrum team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Develop and manage an integrated project roadmap tracking key achievements dependencies and critical paths.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelors degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Experience in Agile Development with Scrum Master (or similar) experience
- Previous software development lifecycle experience
- Scrum Master certification a plus
