About the Role
We are looking for a Content Writer who can craft clear concise and engaging content to communicate product updates release notes announcements and knowledge articles to our customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills with prior experience in SaaS or product-based companies ensuring updates are published in a professional and user-friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and publish product updates release notes and announcements across web app and email channels.
- Collaborate with product managers developers and designers to understand new features and communicate them effectively to end-users.
- Maintain and update help center articles FAQs and product documentation.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand voice style guide and clarity standards.
- Work with marketing and customer success teams to ensure updates reach the right audience.
- Optimize content for usability readability and SEO where applicable.
- Track engagement on published updates and refine content strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Prior exposure to SaaS products release notes or knowledge base content.
- Familiarity with content publishing tools CMS platforms or helpdesk software.
- Detail-oriented organized and capable of handling multiple updates simultaneously.
