You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter cum Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role involves supporting the recruitment lifecycle as well as performing coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations across hiring and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about talent acquisition highly organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Assist in sourcing suitable candidates using job portals social media platforms and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Update and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support bulk hiring or campus recruitment drives including event coordination
Prepare offer letters and handle communication with selected or rejected candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards to monitor hiring progress
Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding documentation including ID proofs forms and verifications
Liaise with internal departments (IT Admin Finance) for employee onboarding arrangements
Manage calendars and interview schedules efficiently
Draft HR communications and support general administrative activities as needed
Assist in organizing HR events induction programs and training sessions
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
01 year of relevant experience in recruitment or HR operations
Good understanding of basic HR and recruitment processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with ATS tools is an advantage
