Title: PS Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent leadership communication and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple projects within the banking and financial services sector.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope objectives timelines and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status progress and any changes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct project evaluations and assess results to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree preferably in Computer Science Finance or a related field. A Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking operations regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
