About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to serve as the organizational backbone and strategic right-hand to executive leadership. This role is designed for an ambitious professional who thrives on operational excellence and wants to grow into broader organizational leadership. The Chief of Staff will act as the connective tissue between departments driving cross-functional collaboration while managing critical administrative and operational functions that keep operations running seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and department heads
- Lead planning sessions and ensure company-wide alignment
- Drive operational efficiency and cross-functional projects
- Oversee acquisition integration initiatives
- Provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making
Administrative & Operational Management:
- Oversee financial operations budgets and accounting partners
- Lead HR initiatives: recruitment policies and development
- Ensure compliance (HIPAA SOC2); coordinate audits
- Manage contracts vendor agreements and risk assessments
- Oversee IT infrastructure and tech procurement
- Coordinate insurance risk management and assets
Process Excellence & Internal Ops:
- Create and optimize workflows and SOPs
- Manage vendors and service providers
- Lead special projects and executive initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (advanced degrees encouraged)
- 5 years in operations business admin or similar roles
- Proven project management skills across multiple teams
- Experience with acquisition or M&A integration
- Strong compliance finance and HR knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice-to-have:
- MSP/MSSP or tech services experience
- MBA or advanced degree
- PMP Agile or similar certification
- Change management or organizational development experience
