Job Description

Job Description: RTA LAM

Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring and managing real-time adherence for a team of agents
Providing feedback and coaching to agents to ensure optimal performance
Identifying and escalating issues affecting real-time performance
Generating reports on agent adherence and performance

Essential Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Desired Experience:

Prior experience in a real-time adherence role
Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
Knowledge of workforce management systems

Salary & Benefits:

Annual salary in Rand (R)
Maximum experience of 3 years
Benefits package including healthcare and retirement options
