Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing real-time adherence for a team of agents
- Providing feedback and coaching to agents to ensure optimal performance
- Identifying and escalating issues affecting real-time performance
- Generating reports on agent adherence and performance
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in a real-time adherence role
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of workforce management systems
