Job Summary
NCIFA is a China based International Freight Forwarding Group Company Established in 1992- First class freight forwarder - with NVOCC qualification certificate. It has 7 branch offices in China and Vietnam. Qingdao office open to recruit internship positions:
Tasks
- Assist in developing and maintaining partnerships with overseas educational institutions and organizations to expand XMandarins global presence.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between international students and the school to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new learners.
- Support marketing efforts by contributing to the creation of promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting foreign students to the school.
- Conduct research and analysis on international education trends to identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
- Provide administrative support to the Overseas Development team including scheduling meetings preparing reports and managing correspondence.
Requirements
1. Excellent English skill as a must other European language skills as advantage be proficient in communicating with foreign clients; English native speaker is preferred.
2. Related majors: International Marketing/business International Finance International logistics or Supply Chain Management Undergraduate students.
3. Effective interpersonal presentation and communication skills;
4. Pleasantcreativeenthusiasticself-drivenwell time planner and a good team player;
5. A quick learner who is dedicated to work able to work under pressure and adhere to deadline;
