Job Summary

Your opportunity

We have an exciting 12-month secondment opportunity for a Finance Manager Group Planning.

The Finance Manager Group Planning has a key focus on Treasury forecasting and analysis with oversight of Carindale Property Trust forecasting analysis and reporting and Operational Statistics.

Quarterly Group forecasting of key Treasury metrics e.g. interest debt liquidity credit metrics
Capital Management analysis and insights
Analysis to support external market messaging for financial results and quarterly updates
Provide insightful analysis for the Groups performance against its peers
Support preparation of Finance & Treasury Board papers
Oversight of Carindale Property Trust forecasting analysis and reporting including Treasury metrics and Capital Management analysis
Oversight of Operational Statistics analysis and external market messaging
