Job Description
- Learn professional techniques and perform tasks for one or more of these areas: schematic design board layout board validation or FPGA programming
- Work and interact with a wide variety of NI staff in R&D hardware and software organizations
- Develop hardware and software solutions for design validation
- Perform research as required to complete your projects
- Diagnose and debug technical challenges
You are someone who works collaboratively in a group environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. You take initiative can be resourceful and can make progress on work independently. You take ownership of your goals regularly check-in and ask questions in a timely manner to ensure success of project and tasks.
- Pursuing bachelors degree in electrical and computer engineering Software Engineering or similar STEM-related field
- Sophomore or above standing
- Understanding of electronics computers and programming (VHDL or Verilog preferred)
- Strong interest in learning about and working with digital analog RF and computer technologies
- Basic proficiency designing with digital logic and synchronous elements including flip-flops timing diagrams and state machines
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Masters degree in electrical and computer engineering Software Engineering or similar STEM-related field
- Basic knowledge in analog circuit design principles
