Job Summary

Place of Assignment: Family home in Founex near Geneva Switzerland
Type of Position: Full-time versatile Nanny live-in or live-out
Start Date: As soon as possible
Engagement: Permanent long-term commitment
Schedule: 45 hours per week (split hours: 6:308:30 AM and 12:007:00 PM)
Availability: Flexibility required including weekends and public holidays depending on the Principals needs
Accommodation if live-in:Private bedroom separate bathroom within the family home
Remuneration:CHF gross per annum

Family Brief
An international family residing near Geneva is seeking an experienced and discreet versatile nanny to provide attentive care for their children (aged 4 yo and almost 2yo) and support the household working closely with the mothers guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Follow the mothers lead to maintain consistent routines and priorities.
Provide loving attentive care tailored to childrens developmental needs.
Plan and lead educational and fun activities to support child development.
Prepare nutritious meals for the children and family.
Perform light housekeeping tasks including kitchen tidying emptying bins and laundry.
Run errands (groceries dry cleaning ad hoc)
Transport the children to school activities or appointments.
Communicate regularly with parents on childrens progress and daily updates.
Administer first aid or medication as needed following parental guidance.

Candidate Profile

Experience and skills:
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Swiss-based or Swiss working permit.
Confident experienced driver; car provided for work use.
Flexible with tasks and schedule (occasional evenings weekends and travel at short notice).
Minimum 5 yearsexperience in a similar role within a high-standard private household with strong references.
High school diploma or equivalent; childcare or early childhood education certifications preferred.
Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a structured positive and engaging environment for children.
