Job Summary

A family in Geneva seeks a dedicated and nurturing Maternity Nanny to provide attentive care and support for their 4 months old. The ideal candidate will have a discreet warm professional demeanour and the ability to create a structured yet engaging environment where the child can thrive.

The position is permanent with the following schedule:
- Mondays 9h - 19h
- Wednesdays 9h - 19h
- Another day in the week to be discussed (9h-19h)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide nurturing and attentive care to the babyand assist parents.
Support parents in establishing bedtime routines feeding schedules and daily care for the infant.
Ensure a clean safe and stimulating environment for the child at all times.
Assist with light household duties related to child care such as meal preparation and tidying up the babys area.
Maintain open communication with parents about the childs development and any concerns that may arise.
Possess the ability to handle emergency situations and manage any unforeseen incidents with professionalism and care.

Essential Qualifications:

Experience and qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a babynanny or in a similar role.
Ability to drive a light vehicle is preferred.
A deep understanding of baby care practices child development and parenting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with the family.
Flexibility to travel very occasionally during the year with the family and for occasional babysittings.
Languages: French or English fluent speaking both languages fluently as well as Italian will be a plus.

Desired Experience:

Proven track record of working successfully with infants and their families.
Prior experience in a demandinghousehold is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive annual salary ranging from CHF 45000 to CHF 50000.
Start date: August 2025
