Job Description
Location: Brisbane
About the role: Aurizon is embarking on a large-scale complex SAP Transformation and we are seeking an experienced ERP Program Change Manager to drive and embed effective change strategies across the this role you will lead the development and execution of change management plans that ensure adoption engagement and value realisation across the organisation.
You will work closely with program leadership business stakeholders and technology teams and be at the forefront of organisational change translating complex transformation initiatives into clear strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and fostering a culture of adoption and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for a large multi-stream ERP program.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities to ensure alignment and awareness across the business.
- Design and deliver training adoption and readiness programs to support smooth transition to new processes and systems.
- Partner with program leadership to identify change impacts risks and mitigation strategies.
- Measure and report on change effectiveness and adoption adjusting approaches as required.
- Embed change management practices into program delivery ensuring a consistent approach across all streams.
Were looking for someone with:
- Tertiary qualifications in business education organisational psychology or related discipline (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Change Manager in large-scale transformation programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communicationable to simplify complexity and present with impact to senior audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
- Comfortable building program plans and supporting delivery alongside program leaders.
- Strengths in Business Insight Strategic Mindset Customer Focus Communicates Effectively and Managing Complexity.
