Job Summary

Controller

Essential Job Duties:

Track accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and payroll processing
Handle employee and client inquiries.
Create requisitions and purchase orders.
Participate in annual tax return preparation.
Review accounting information for inaccuracies.
Complete budgets and assist with quotes.
Perform daily weekly and monthly accounting functions.
Track credit card expenses.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of five years of accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong quantitative abilities
Ability to adapt to multiple duties and interruptions.
Self-starter with independent and team work capabilities.
Accurate data entry and good interpersonal skills.
