Were looking for a Director of Manager Enablement to lead that charge. Reporting into our Head of Talent Strategy & Acceleration.

The Opportunity

Thats why were looking for a Director of Manager Enablement a strategic builder who treats managers like internal customers and enables them with the same rigor empathy and precision we bring to customer experience. This role is customer enablementfor leaders. Youre not just delivering programsyoure driving transformation.

What Youll Own:

Strategic Leadership & Influence

  • Lead Zendesks global manager acceleration agenda aligned to our business growth organizational transformation and cultural priorities.

  • Partner across the Talent team HRBPs and business leaders to identify challenges uncover insights and shape solutions that stick.

  • Influence at the highest levelsbringing clarity business-relevance and data insights to conversations.

Design & Delivery of Transformational Experiences

  • Build and scale bold modern enablement for managersexperiences that are inclusive business-driven and ready for a global stage.

  • Own the mobilization and capability development of this segment of the organization across the full program lifecycleincluding your manager talent strategy enablement design program delivery relevant measurementwith agility and precision.

  • Prioritize what matters. Test learn and continuously sharpen the impact and reach of every initiative.

  • Champion an aligned empowered and accountable management culturewhere leaders drive growth innovation and high performance teams.

Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
