Location: Hybrid Orion Business Campus Ballycoolin Blanchardstown Dublin 15 D15 WP96 Ireland
Department: Sales & Product Management
Work Type: Full-time Hybrid (2 days/week on-site)
Are you passionate about science sales and customer success Join our team as an Internal Product Specialist and help drive growth across our product portfolio while supporting customers and internal teams with expert knowledge and commercial insight.
What Youll Do
- Achieve sales and margin targets across internal business channels
- Proactively sell and cross-sell product ranges and services
- Provide product support to customers and internal colleagues
- Create negotiate and follow up on quotations
- Source new products and manage pricing workflows
- Participate in tenders and large product list quotations
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and support supplier-driven opportunities
- Coordinate sample requests and demo logistics
- Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams across Europe
- Support marketing campaigns and new product setups
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Attend customer visits exhibitions and events
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (C4C) and contribute to sales forecasts
What You Bring
- Third-level qualification preferred (Science or Business discipline advantageous)
- Proven experience in internal or external sales
- Strong product knowledge and commercial acumen
- Excellent negotiation communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (C4C) QlikView SAP and MS Office is a plus
- A proactive resilient and customer-first mindset
