Job Summary
At WiiGroup were shaping the future of digital project delivery in the built environment and that starts with people. Were seeking a Business Specialist: Recruitment to support our continued growth by identifying attracting and onboarding exceptional talent across our consultancys disciplines including BIM Planning Project Controls Data Analytics Lean Construction and Engineering. Pharmaceutical and Data Centre industrial exposure would be a bonus.
The role is a mix of recruitment operations employer branding and people experience. Youll work closely with business leaders to forecast resource needs build relationships with candidates and universities and ensure a world-class hiring experience that reflects WiiGroups mission culture and values.

Youre a dynamic and people-oriented recruiter who loves matching great talent with great opportunities. You bring energy and creativity to sourcing have an eye for potential and understand the nuances of technical recruitment in engineering and construction. You thrive on building relationships refining processes and creating a candidate experience that reflects WiiGroups culture of excellence.
You also have a strong appreciation for the construction environment understanding the skills communication and teamwork required to succeed on-site. Youre comfortable engaging with project delivery staff and management to understand resourcing needs in real-world contexts.
Experience Required
Lead end-to-end recruitment from workforce planning and job scoping through to offer management onboarding and induction across multiple business functions.
25 years experience in recruitment talent acquisition or HR within the construction engineering or consultancy sectors with a strong grasp of modern sourcing techniques.
Develop and promote employer branding initiatives that communicate WiiGroups mission values and culture to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Partner with business leaders to forecast project resource requirements and implement effective workforce planning strategies.
Build strong candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing channels professional networking graduate engagement and digital platforms such as LinkedIn and industry forums.
Champion diversity and inclusion by ensuring all recruitment campaigns attract and engage a wide range of talent across demographics disciplines and backgrounds.
Coordinate and support interview and selection processes ensuring structure transparency and a consistently positive candidate experience.
Contribute to employee retention and engagement initiatives conducting exit interviews and supporting People & Culture programmes to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain detailed recruitment analytics and insights to measure performance enhance decision-making and identify emerging market and talent trends across the construction and technology industries.
