Graduate Market Data Analyst

The Role
Were looking for ambitious graduates with a passion for data and financial markets to join Capco as a Market Data Analyst. Youll be part of a collaborative team delivering data-driven solutions to top-tier financial services clients. This is a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in financial data and market infrastructures while developing your consultancy skills in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do
- Gather validate and analyse financial market data across a range of asset classes
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and solve data challenges
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives through accurate market data insights
- Assist in building data pipelines dashboards and reporting tools
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies and industry practices
What Were Looking For
- A degree in a numerate discipline (e.g. Finance Economics Mathematics Data Science)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex datasets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in capital markets financial instruments and regulatory frameworks
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with Bloomberg Refinitiv or similar data platforms
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python SQL or Excel
- Understanding of MiFID II EMIR or other financial regulations
- Internship or project experience within financial services or data analytics
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a consultancy environment
