What your days will look like:

• DataGovernanceImplementation: SupportclientsinimplementingdatagovernanceanddataqualityframeworksalignedwithBCBS 239 andindustrybestpractices(DCAM DAMA-DMBOK).

• RegulatoryData Management:ContributetothedesignofriskdataaggregationandreportingprocessestomeetBasel III/IV COREP FINREP and stresstestingrequirements.

• Data Quality & Lineage: Deliverassessmentsandimprovementinitiativesfordataqualitylineage andmetadatamanagement.

• TransformationDelivery: Workacrossbusinessandtechnologyfunctionstodeliverpracticaldatasolutionsthatenhancereportingaccuracyandefficiency.

• DataTooling:Contributetothedesign andimplementationofdatamanagementtoolsandplatformsincludingmetadatamanagementdataglossarieslineagequality andobservabilitysolutions. SupporttheexplorationandapplicationofinnovativetechnologiesandGenAItoimproveautomationandinsightwithindatagovernanceprocesses.

• ClientDelivery:Manageworkstreamsandsmallteamsondatatransformationprojectsdeliveringhigh-qualityoutputsandensuringalignmentwithclientobjectives.

• ContinuousImprovement:Stayabreastofemergingregulatoryandtechnologydevelopmentsaffectingdatamanagementinbanking.

• Change Management: Supportthedeliveryofbusinessanddatachangeinitiativeshelpingclientsaddresstechnicalchallengesandimplementeffectivesustainableimprovements.

• Client Relationships:Buildandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithclientteamscontributingtoaccountgrowthandclientsatisfactionthroughhigh-qualitydelivery

The role is for you if:

• Experience in data governance risk data or data transformation within banking.
• Working knowledge of BCBS 239 Basel III/IV and data governance frameworks (DCAM DAMA-DMBOK).
• Experience in data management and transformation projects in risk finance or regulatory reporting contexts.
• Familiarity with data tools and technologies (e.g. Collibra Alteryx Power BI Informatica or SQL) preferred.
• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing deliverables and small project teams in a consulting environment preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Data or related discipline.
• Exposure to cloud data architectures and modern analytics platforms.
• Understanding of AI automation and cloud data architectures in data management.
• Professional certifications in data management (e.g. DCAM DAMA-DMBOK CDMP)preferred.
